We offer flexible, affordable 30 day memberships to suit every need from open desks to private offices available from 1 to 6 people.

  • A coworking environment fosters community and networking opportunities. It is a cost-effective and convenient way of using common infrastructure, such as office furniture, utilities, 24/7 access, mail/parcel acceptance services, and reception and custodial services. Coworking space memberships offer flexible agreements making it an ideal business service to try out and/or expand your business.

  • Yes, you may book a day pass at a new lower rate of $15 (perviously $25!). This is an open, library setting concept. Phone booths are available for private conversations at no extra charge.

  • We have a different levels of privacy to accommodate your preferences. Open desk memberships offer call booths for private conversations for no extra charge. Lockers are also available to store your personal belongings. Finally, private offices are available for you and your team.

  • We have some common-sense security procedures for everyone’s security like video cameras, an alarm system, access to lockers, offices with locking doors, and our front door staff. We ask and expect that all members be respectful of each other to provide a comfortable and safe environment.

  • Lodgic Coworking offers a cost-effective solution for startups. Monthly memberships give unrivaled flexibility. One all-inclusive price makes budgeting easy.

  • Yes, we have a variety of options for group meeting spaces. We have three conference rooms that can accommodate up to 6 and 14 people. We have bench style seating along with tenant lounging areas. For larger meeting our event hall can seat up to 125 people. Contact us today for more information about your future booking.
